This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which America Do Sul (“we,” “us,” or “our”) will process refunds and returns for tour bookings made through our website, www.americadosul.co.uk (the “Website”).
Cancellations by You:
- More than 60 days before departure: If you cancel your tour booking more than 60 days before your departure date, you will receive a full refund of the amount you paid, minus a processing fee of [amount] per person.
- Between 30 and 59 days before departure: If you cancel your tour booking between 30 and 59 days before your departure date, you will receive a 50% refund of the amount you paid.
- Less than 30 days before departure: For cancellations made less than 30 days before your departure date, no refunds will be issued.

If you wish to make changes to your tour booking after it has been confirmed, we will try our best to accommodate your request. However, any changes may be subject to additional fees or charges depending on the nature of the change and the availability of services.
Changes by Us:
We reserve the right to make minor changes to the itinerary or inclusions of your tour booking. If we make a significant change that we believe will materially affect your tour experience, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to cancel your booking with a full refund or accept the change.
Refunds:
